Radiator Company launches new cast iron radiator range

Well-known heating radiator and designer, the Radiator Company, has recently launched the newest addition to its designer radiator range. The Aston is a classic column radiator featuring footed end sections, available in a range of finishes to add a stylish touch to any interior.

Sectional designer radiators are an increasingly popular choice, as their flexibility provides homeowners with a fully customisable option that can be fitted into any room layout and size accordingly. An evolution of the Bianco range, the Aston is available in four heights, up to 40 sections and in three or four columns, making it a perfect choice for blending style and flexibility.

Designed and engineered in the UK, the Aston can be purchased in any one of the full 132 colours from premium paint manufacturer Farrow & Ball’s range, and with the additional choice of 25 RAL colours, alongside a polished option, the Aston is truly versatile.

The Aston’s cast iron finish is said to be an ideal choice for period restorations. By emitting a more constant heat, the Aston is also a great option for older properties with poor insulation. Unlike the previous Bianco range, the Aston comes supplied with footed end sections as standard, or options for cast feet and wall brackets on request, making installation of the heavy cast iron radiators easier.

The HeatSave wireless programmable thermostatic radiator valves work with the majority of radiators available on the market (either directly or via a dedicated adapter) and allow users to attain even higher savings in terms of energy and bills, of up to an impressive 30 percent. They are extremely easy to set-up and install, since one will only have to unscrew the existing TRV by hand and replace with the HeatSave wireless radiator valve.

Furthermore, the user friendly, web-based HeatingSave software lets you wirelessly check and control individual radiators from any smartphone, tablet or laptop.

This feature will allow you to turn down the heating in rooms that you’re not using and one can also easily plan up to four years in advance for times when the heating will not be in use with the heating holiday diary, while the ‘hands on’ override button on the valve means quick changes are easy from within the room.
